Little Gems strives to provide our customers with excellent Customer Service. Our policies listed below are designed to meet all of our needs.

Shipping:
Little Gems charges a flat rate fee of $2.50 per shipment within the US via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Orders with quantities above 2 will be calculated based on how many pieces are purchased, and ship via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on the quantity, the fee is $3-$30 for International Orders via USPS Global Priority Mail. Alternative shipping arrangements are available upon request, as long as the actual shipping fee is paid upon request. Shipments will be sent within 1-7 days, unless an item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the estimated shipping time.

Returns:
Customers may return unused and unworn Little Gems Jewelry within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. No shipping fees will be reimbursed. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of authorization. We will return any jewelry we receive without authorization or improperly packaged. Additionally, we recommend you insure your package - we are not responsible for lost packages. If a refund is requested, there will be a 5% restocking fee to cover handling of the merchandise. Warranty:
Little Gems is committed to producing quality jewelry for the whole family. A full product refund, repair, or replacement will be sent to the customer in the event of a manufacturing flaw within 3 months of purchase, based on the date of delivery. Please send email to info@littlegemsonline.com to notify us of your request providing your full name, address, and product. Email must be sent within the 3 month warranty to qualify for free repair. You will be contacted with the shipping address to send back your product for repair, exchange, or refund.

Jewelry Disclaimer:
Little Gems Jewelry is made to be Baby Safe using non-toxic, natural materials. The gems and sterling silver are threaded on the heaviest professional grade beading wire and the jump-rings are soldered closed to avoid breakage. Do not wear Little Gems in the water: shower/bath, ocean, swimming pool, etc.

Please use good judgement and do not let your child play with your Little Gems when not worn; and do not let your child wear your Nursing Necklace. All Little Gems jewelry is worn at your own risk, and we will not be held liable for any damages incurred.
