The Cycle Tracker has three strands with different colored beads and each is labeled with a sterling silver 'Letter' bead ('P' pre-fertile, 'F' fertile, and 'M' menstruating).  You move the moon charm each day along the small sterling silver beads between each colored bead. 

The Cycle Tracker can be clipped to your keys or it can hang from the suction cup hook (not in the photo) from a wall or fridge, etc.  Just move it along each day and you'll be able to track your 26-32 day cycle.
